Now I don’t really like to cover celebrities on this blog because I try to stay exclusively within the “fashion industry only” realm, but as we all know these worlds often collide and Rihanna is just as much a part of the fashion industry as any supermodel. Needless to say, she gets a pass (Lupita too). Rihanna looks gorgeous showing as little skin as ever in the newest issue of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, which I would say is rather classy & respectful considering the significantly different cultural norms between Middle Eastern fashion and the fashion that Rihanna is used to wearing… or not wearing I suppose. Rhianna was photographed by Ruven Afanador and styled by Sally Matthews for the July spread, in which she is wearing one of my favorite Elle Saab gowns from the Fall 2014 Ready-To-Wear “Dark Opulence” collection, which is also one of my absolute favorite Elle Saab collections period. Dégradé chiffon and sequined realness for days hunty.
